Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for international luxury holiday packages.

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer engagement.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify, target, and acquire High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) with a penchant for luxury travel, corporates and dealers network.

  • Build lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and personal meetings when required.

  • Customized Travel Planning

  • Understand client travel preferences, budget, and lifestyle to design and present personalized travel itineraries.

  • Provide end-to-end consultation including luxury accommodation, sightseeing, transfers, and ancillary services like travel insurance, forex, and visa assistance.

  • Destination & Product Expertise:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of international destinations (short-haul & long-haul), top DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and luxury travel products.

  • Stay updated with global travel trends, new experiences, exclusive offers, and seasonality insights.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling:

  • Promote ancillary services such as cruise bookings, travel insurance, forex cards, and visa services to increase per-client value.

  • Ensure every client receives a holistic travel solution through Truedeal.

  • Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain a detailed database of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports with data-driven insights and improvement suggestions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales of international luxury holiday packages.
  • Strong network or ability to build a high-value client base (HNI/UHNI clientele).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Well-versed with global travel trends, airline networks, premium hotels, and lifestyle travel brands.
  • Passionate about travel with high attention to detail and client satisfaction.
