Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located on-site in Noida.The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training sessions, developing marketing plans, and overseeing the sales management process. Ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training and support to team members
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or solar industry is a plus
