Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Specialist (Fresher) to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching RxOne’s digital healthcare solutions, and supporting the client onboarding process. This is a field role that includes both in-person meetings and digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and connect with clinics, hospitals, and individual healthcare professionals

● Explain and demonstrate RxOne’s EMR and digital solutions to prospects

● Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-up appointments

● Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth handover to the support team

● Collect market intelligence and feedback from customers to support product improvement

● Report daily activities and maintain accurate records of sales efforts using CRM tools

● Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to support local campaigns

Qualifications:

● Fresh graduate in BBA/B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech or equivalent

● Strong communication skills (English and Hindi)

● Interest in sales, marketing, and healthcare technology

● Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travel within Delhi-NCR

● Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

Preferred Attributes:

● Familiarity with healthcare sector or medical software is a plus

● Knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is an added advantage

● Owning a two-wheeler for local travel is preferable.
