Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position is based in Pali, but some work from home is acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions. The specialist will also manage sales teams and ensure alignment with overall business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and driving successful project bids for both government and international clients. Key Responsibilities Monitor and identify project opportunities on GeM and international platforms (Catalant, GLG, Kolabtree, Upwork, Lihamson, etc.). Prepare, submit, and manage project bids in line with client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial proposal preparation.
