Job Opening: Project Bidding Specialist (GeM & International Platforms)

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Bidding Specialist (Male/Female) with strong experience in handling GeM (Government e-Marketplace) as well as international platforms such as Catalant, GLG, Kolabtree, Upwork, and Lihamson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and driving successful project bids for both government and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and identify project opportunities on GeM and international platforms (Catalant, GLG, Kolabtree, Upwork, Lihamson, etc.).

Prepare, submit, and manage project bids in line with client requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial proposal preparation.

Build and maintain client relationships to increase bid success rate.

Track bid status and ensure timely follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.E/ B.tech

• Experience: Proven background in sales, project bidding, or business development.

• Hands-on experience in bidding through GeM and at least one international platform is essential.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
