Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at Hearing Aid Centre (HAC), your role will involve engaging with healthcare professionals to generate referrals, promoting and selling in-house products, conducting market research, managing territories efficiently, building strong customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and undertaking frequent travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage with healthcare professionals to build strong relationships and generate referrals for in-house products. - Effectively promote and sell in-house products to target customers, including doctors, clinics, and hospitals. - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges. - Efficiently manage and cover assigned territories to maximize sales and market penetration. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business partnerships. - Prepare regular sales and activity reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Undertake frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications Required: - 4 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience. - Strong understanding of the medical domain and healthcare industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
