Job Purpose: The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users. This role focuses on promoting and selling submersible pumps, domestic pumps, cables, column pipes, and starters in assigned territories through effective field visits and market outreach. No. of openings:- 2 Responsibilities: 1. Sales Activities Visit dealers, distributors, and potential customers in assigned territories. Promote and sell company products: V4, V6, Openwell submersible pumps, domestic pumps, cables, and pipes. Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into orders. Conduct on-site product presentations and technical discussions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 2. Marketing Activities Gather competitor pricing, schemes, and product feedback from the market. Distribute marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, and samples. Participate in local exhibitions, trade fairs, or promotional campaigns. Suggest region-specific marketing strategies to management. 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with dealers, distributors, and contractors. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues in coordination with the service team. Build long-term relationships to increase brand loyalty and repeat orders. 4. Reporting & Coordination Submit daily visit reports, lead status, and order pipeline in a structured format. Collect market intelligence and share feedback with seniors. Coordinate with internal departments (Dispatch, Accounts, and QC) to ensure timely deliveries and payments. Requisite Skills: · Technical understanding of pumps and pipes preferred. Good communication (Hindi, Gujarati, and English). Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email). Field sales experience in pumps/pipes/electrical products. Strong field sales and negotiation skills. Education:- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marketing preferred. Relevant Experience:- 3-4 Year. CTC and Perks:- 4.80 LPA. Incentives on sales. TA/DA reimbursement for field visits.
