Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Odhav, Ahmedabad office. The role involves managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating effective marketing strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, responsibilities include training clients on product usage, strategizing and managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with the marketing team to expand market outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for maintaining and developing client relationships
• Ability to conduct Training for clients on product usage and guide them through key processes
• Proficiency in building effective strategies for Sales and Marketing activities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy or solar power industry is an advantage
