Role Overview

Marketing & Business Development Executive

If you’re passionate about FMCG, ready-to-eat foods, and creating brand love, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Branding

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and events.
• Work with designers and agencies to create content (social media posts, reels, packaging concepts, etc.).
• Monitor brand voice, storytelling, and consistency across channels.

• Sales & Business Development

• Identify and onboard distributors, retail stores, and HoReCa partners.
• Manage relationships with existing B2B customers and drive repeat orders.
• Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, and new product opportunities.

• Operations & Product Launches

• Coordinate sampling, events, and exhibitions.
• Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and quality.

• Customer Engagement

• Build and nurture a community of Spill The Curry fans — online and offline.
• Collect feedback to improve our offerings.
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
• 1–6 years of experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or startups (internships count!).
• Passion for Indian food and global food trends.
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
