Role Overview We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to help us expand Spill The Curry’s presence online and offline. You’ll wear multiple hats — from crafting campaigns and managing social media to forging retail and distributor partnerships. If you’re passionate about FMCG, ready-to-eat foods, and creating brand love, we want you. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and events. Work with designers and agencies to create content (social media posts, reels, packaging concepts, etc.). Monitor brand voice, storytelling, and consistency across channels. Sales & Business Development Identify and onboard distributors, retail stores, and HoReCa partners. Manage relationships with existing B2B customers and drive repeat orders. Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, and new product opportunities. Operations & Product Launches Coordinate sampling, events, and exhibitions. Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and quality. Customer Engagement Build and nurture a community of Spill The Curry fans — online and offline. Collect feedback to improve our offerings. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred). 1–6 years of experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or startups (internships count!). Passion for Indian food and global food trends. Strong social media and digital marketing skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
