Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, marketing, and market research to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Conduct field visits to gather market insights, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors.
  • Manage and grow key accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales targets, analyze territory performance, and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
  • Support marketing initiatives by executing in-clinic and on-field promotional activities for assigned products.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or FMCG field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of medico-marketing principles and promotional strategies
