We partner with corporates, schools, and colleges to promote sports culture, and work with leading brands for sponsorships and collaborations.---Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead business development efforts in the sports events sector. The role will focus on acquiring corporate clients, schools, and colleges for event partnerships while also building sponsorship deals with companies and brands.---Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach corporates, schools, and colleges for sports event collaborations.Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals to brands and companies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and sponsors.Achieve sales targets through event partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of sponsored events.Research and analyze industry trends to create new business opportunities.Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and sports forums.Prepare sales reports and track progress against targets.---RequirementsGraduate in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development (sports or events background preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with corporates and institutions.Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sports.Willingness to travel for meetings and events.---What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance incentives.Opportunity to work in the fast-growing sports industry.Hands-on experience with major sporting events and corporate partnerships.Growth path into senior roles in Sales & Marketing / Sponsorship Management.
