Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing customer inquiries, and supporting clients. Additional responsibilities include training team members on sales techniques, collaborating with the sales management team, identifying market trends, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and manage client interactions
• Experience in customer service and the ability to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, including negotiation and lead generation
• Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
• Knowledge of sales management processes and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt strategies to meet goals
