Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for driving sales and strategizing marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting product training, and analyzing sales performance. The candidate will play a key role in promoting Sacred Basil's philosophy and ensuring customer satisfaction through active engagement and outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team collaboration
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
• Proven experience in sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Skills in training and supporting team members to achieve optimal sales performance
• Experience in sales management including strategy development and performance analysis
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Pune
• Knowledge of wellness, self-care, or beauty product industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
