Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, communicating with potential and existing customers, managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations and training sessions, and overseeing sales management activities. The individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met and to support continued business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct and manage training sessions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in the aluminum formwork systems industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
