Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Partnerships:

• Identify, pitch, and secure medium to large-scale corporate contracts for sports events, tournaments, and employee engagement activities.
• Develop customized proposals and partnership packages.

1. Schools & Colleges Engagement:

• Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, and universities for sports events, tournaments, and long-term coaching programs.
• Foster relationships with principals, sports coordinators, and educational boards.

1. Sponsorship Acquisition:

• Acquire sponsorship deals from startups, SMEs, and large corporations for sports events and programs.
• Create attractive sponsorship decks and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

1. Marketing & Brand Building:

• Assist in marketing campaigns to promote events, coaching programs, and sponsorship visibility.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team for social media, PR, and outreach strategies.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
