Role Overview


Fire Protection Services, CCTV, PA Systems, HVAC Solutions, and Networking

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical awareness of IT/system integration, and the ability to take full ownership of sales responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in IT and engineering solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of assigned business verticals.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and track competition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Represent the company at client locations, trade events, and exhibitions.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities with accountability for results.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Minimum: Graduate degree (B.E. / B.Tech preferred). MBA is a plus
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in Sales and Marketing preferably of IT Products and Services
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions and system integration.
  • Prior experience in IT / technical sales and especially in Fire Protection Services preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.
  • Willingness to travel/commute to client locations for business development.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks.


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives).
