Job Summary:

dedicated and experienced HSE Officer / Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and standards.
• Conduct routine

  site inspections

  ,

  safety audits

  , and

  risk assessments

  to identify potential hazards.
• Organize and lead

  toolbox talks

  , safety briefings, and

  emergency preparedness drills

  with site staff and workers.
• Ensure proper usage of

  PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

  and enforce safety protocols across all activities.
• Maintain comprehensive records including

  incident reports

  , inspection checklists, safety training logs, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Assist in

  accident/incident investigations

  and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
• Liaise with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to promote a zero-incident safety culture.
• Ensure all subcontractors and labor contractors are complying with the company's HSE policy.
• Monitor the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
• Keep up to date with changes in safety legislation and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree (BE/BTech) in Engineering Electrical/Electronics

1–2 years

Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Environmental Management

OSHA / IS / ISO standards

•Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

•Strong communication skills (both verbal and written in Hindi/English/Odia preferred).

•Proficient in maintaining records and safety documentation.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, site-based role.

• PPE and safety training will be provided as per company policy.

• WC policy will be provided by the company

• Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6 pm

• Weekly Off: Sunday
