Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The primary focus of this role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, handling client inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and conducting training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the internal team to achieve sales objectives is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients and team members
Proficiency in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
Basic technical knowledge of industrial automation and motion control products is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
