Role Overview

We are seeking Sales & Marketing Executives to drive business development for transformers, inductors, chokes, and other wound magnetic components. The role involves both strategic outreach and hands-on client engagement within the electrical and electronics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage B2B relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, and design houses

Promote wound magnetic components used in SMPS, EVs, industrial controls, medical electronics, and more

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with engineers and procurement teams

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals to meet revenue targets

Attend industry expos, exhibitions, and tech seminars to generate visibility and leads

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the product and marketing teams

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred)

1–5 years of experience in sales or business development of electronic components

Good understanding of magnetic components and power electronics is a plus

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade events
