Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Tarakeswar, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and delivering customer-focused solutions. The specialist will also design and facilitate training programs, oversee sales management processes, and closely collaborate with internal teams to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience with Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and achieve targets.
• Knowledge in Training to design and deliver impactful learning and development programs for internal teams or clients.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology relevant to sales and marketing is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in both in-office and remote environments with strong organizational skills.
