Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat. The role involves generating sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training for team members, and meeting sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in promoting the brand and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business objectives and grow revenue
• Experience in providing Training to support team development and enhance performance
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Background or interest in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
