Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Chennai location. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, delivering product training sessions, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and strategies is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and professionally
• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
• Ability to deliver Training sessions to team members or clients as required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
