Sales and Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert potential leads into customers for pilgrimage and travel packages.
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed package information, and close sales effectively.
• Negotiate pricing, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize revenue.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat & referral business.
• Work closely with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and online/offline branding.
• Prepare reports using tools like

  Google Sheets, Zoho CRM, and Canva

  .
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors in the travel & tourism sector.

Requirements

• Graduate

  in any stream (Travel & Tourism background preferred).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience

  in the Travel / Tourism / Hospitality industry.
• Strong

  negotiation and communication skills

  .

• Fluent in Hindi & English

  (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with

  CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, Canva, and Zoho

  .
• Passion for spiritual/religious tourism will be an added advantage.
