🎯Role Overview

As a

Sales & Marketing Specialist

, you’ll play a key role in driving Achyuta Experience’s growth by converting leads, creating marketing strategies, and representing the brand across digital platforms.You’ll collaborate closely with our founder and creative team to design and execute campaigns that inspire people to explore the world with us.---🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales

* Handle client inquiries, understand their travel needs, and provide tailor-made solutions.* Convert leads into bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.* Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing

* Develop and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns.* Assist in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.* Coordinate influencer collaborations and community trip promotions.* Identify marketing trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.* Work with design and operations teams for campaign planning and lead nurturing.---🧭

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, or related field.* 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or marketing (preferred).* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.* Passion for travel, storytelling, and customer service.* Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Canva, CRM tools, etc.)* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.---💫
