The Role

 * Designation: Sales and Marketing Associate (Deal-Closing Specialist)

 * Focus: Direct sales, pitching industrial hardware components, and closing high-value deals with industrial clients, manufacturers, and construction companies.

 * Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

 * Employment Type: Full-time

 * Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Key Requirements

 * Pure Sales Focus: Strong passion for direct sales and hitting targets.

 * Hardware Knowledge: Basic to good working knowledge of industrial hardware/materials preferred.

 * Communication: Excellent, persuasive verbal skills (English and local languages).

 * Mindset: Self-motivated, persistent, and willing to travel locally.
