About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Sales Engagement-focused professional with hands-on

Experience in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). This role combines technical

Salesforce expertise, marketing automation, and content creation to drive high-

performing sales and marketing engagement programs.

You will own Salesforce Sales Engagement, craft personalized cadences, optimize

outreach, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce Sales Engagement for Sales and

BDR/SDR teams.

• Build, test, and optimize cadences, email templates, call scripts, and LinkedIn

messaging sequences for targeted personas and campaigns.

• Act as a content creator, producing engaging and conversion-focused messaging

aligned with brand tone.

• Segment leads and accounts to create personalized, high-impact cadences.

• Leverage automation for follow-ups, task assignments, and reminders.

• Monitor engagement metrics (opens, replies, call connects) and optimize

cadences and messaging.

• Conduct A/B testing to determine the highest-performing sequences.

• Build Salesforce dashboards and reports to track pipeline impact, engagement,

and team performance.

• Apply advanced personalization techniques, including dynamic fields and AI-

based suggestions.

• Prioritize and route leads based on engagement scores to ensure timely follow-

up by the right rep.

• Establish feedback loops with sales teams to continuously improve cadences

and content.

• Maintain data accuracy, automation flows, and user setup in Salesforce Sales Engagement. Provide training, playbooks, and best practices for users on cadence structure, messaging tone, and engagement strategies.

• Ensure all outreach activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email

regulations.

Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot):

• Design and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, and automation rules.

• Manage prospect segmentation, lead scoring, and grading models.

• Ensure data accuracy and sync between Salesforce and Pardot.

• Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing

teams.

• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) and Account

Engagement (Pardot).

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Engagement: cadence building,

segmentation, automation, analytics, A/B testing, dashboards, lead routing,

feedback loops, advanced personalization, and adoption management.

• Strong content creation skills for sales and marketing outreach.

• Proficiency in marketing automation, lead management, campaign workflows,

reports, and dashboards.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead intelligence

tools.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email/landing page edits.

• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations

teams.

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
