Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Indore (WFH). The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and conducting training sessions to enhance the client experience. Additional duties include developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting company solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.


You’re comfortable with

  • Talking to people (calls + DMs + email + in person)
  • Daily tracking (Google Sheet/CRM discipline)
  • Learning scripts + iterating fast
  • Consistent execution (not “idea-only” work)


What you’ll do (daily/weekly)

  • Handle inbound leads professionally (reply + qualify + book calls)
  • Do outbound lead research (targeted lists: LinkedIn + platforms)
  • Execute outbound outreach (connection requests, DMs, cold emails — no spam)
  • Maintain pipeline stages in a shared sheet/CRM (New → Messaged → Replied → Qualified → Call → Proposal → Won/Lost)
  • Support distribution: LinkedIn posting + basic blog/SEO tasks (guided)


Time & working style (non-negotiable)

  • Clear WhatsApp + official channel communication
  • You’ll use your own LinkedIn account to build a professional network
  • AI tools used for work will be via FalcRise-provided accounts


KPIs you’ll be measured on

  • Outreach volume + follow-ups completed
  • Replies generated + calls booked
  • Pipeline hygiene (clean tracking + next actions)
  • Content shipped (LinkedIn + basic blog tasks)
  • Speed of iteration based on feedback


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to address client needs and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Proven skills in sales with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing strategies, and a passion for promoting products and solutions
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions and provide insights to clients and team members
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
