📍 Job Location: JLPL, Sector 82, Mohali

We are hiring result-oriented Telecalling & Marketing Executives for our pharmaceutical marketing division. This is a sales-focused B2B role involving calling leads, understanding pharma requirements, sharing rates, negotiating, and closing deals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Call inbound & outbound pharmaceutical leads

• Understand requirements (products, formulations, packing, quantities)

• Share accurate pricing & delivery timelines

• Negotiate confidently and finalise orders

• Regular follow-ups till deal closure

🔹 Preferred Candidates

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (Marketing preferred)

• Experience in pharma telecalling / third-party manufacturing / PCD / B2B sales preferred

• Freshers with strong pharma knowledge & sales mindset may also apply

• Good communication & negotiation skills

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)

• Attractive performance-based incentives (no cap for performers)

• Salary negotiable for experienced candidates
