Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Mohali district. The responsibilities include identifying and securing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties involve promoting the company’s products through effective marketing strategies, conducting customer training sessions, and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
• Capability to deliver Training sessions for customers, conveying product knowledge and usage techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
• Experience in the horticulture, agriculture, or interior design industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
