Sales and Marketing (Medical)

As a Sales & Marketing - Medical Components professional at ARaymond, you will be responsible for executing the sales and marketing plan set by the Head of Department. Your role will involve sales forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, achieving individual & team sales targets, developing new markets/customers, and handling customer product queries for requests for quotation (RFQ). You will also collaborate with the engineering/design team of customers to understand their requirements and communicate specific design needs to the ARI design team. Additionally, you will play a key role in strategy building and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Execution of sales and marketing plan set by HOD - Sales forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis - Achieving individual & team sales targets - Developing new markets/customers - Handling customer product queries for RFQ - Coordinating with customer's engineering/design team - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys - Providing in-depth research on competition, pricing, and upcoming projects - Mapping market potential and setting targets for profitability - Analyzing lost RFQs and generating new product ideas - Benchmarking products Qualifications: - Graduate (Any Stream) + MBA (Added Advantage) with 8 to 14 years of experience Skills Required: - Customer Relationship Management - Key Account Management - Planning and Budgeting - Market and Competition Analysis - Negotiation Skills - Product Knowledge - Networking Skills - RFQ and Quotation Drafting - Data & Analytical Skills - Operational Feasibility Study - Project Management Join our global sales team at ARaymond and enjoy the freedom to innovate, grow, and make a difference in the fastening and assembly market.
