Sales and Marketing (Medical)

As a Sales & Marketing professional specializing in Medical Components at ARaymond, you will play a crucial role in executing the sales and marketing plan set by the Head of Department. Your responsibilities will include: - Forecasting sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Achieving individual and team sales targets - Developing new markets and customers - Handling customer product queries for Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Coordinating with customer engineering/design teams to understand requirements - Contributing to strategy building and execution In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also manage Profit & Loss for new projects, work towards increasing gross margins, handle product quotations, and manage sales overheads for the team. Your role involves maintaining strong customer relations by addressing pre and post-sales queries promptly, conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and implementing improvements based on feedback analysis. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate degree in any stream along with an MBA (added advantage) and possess 8 to 14 years of experience. Key skills required for this position include Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Planning and Budgeting, Market and Competition Analysis, Negotiation Skills, Product Knowledge, Networking Skills, Technical Proficiency, RFQ and Quotation Drafting, Data & Analytical Skills, Operational Feasibility Study, and Project Management.
