Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing functions across 8 branches. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, driving marketing campaigns, ensuring revenue growth, and building strong brand visibility. The position requires strategic leadership, people management skills, and a proven track record of scaling business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all 8 branches.
  • Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies (specific to healthcare/IVF if applicable).
  • Monitor branch-wise sales performance, analyze gaps, and ensure corrective action.
  • Develop referral and tie-up programs with doctors, hospitals, and corporate partners.
  • Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to consultations and treatments.

Marketing Management

  • Plan and execute digital, offline, and on-ground marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media, brand visibility, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate patient awareness programs, health camps, and events.
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of campaigns.
  • Build hospital/clinic branding to strengthen market presence.

Team & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams across branches.
  • Set clear performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor outcomes.
  • Train branch-level staff in sales and customer engagement techniques.
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Expand corporate tie-ups and insurance partnerships where applicable.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales & marketing (preferably healthcare/IVF/hospital industry).
  • Strategic thinking with execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and offline brand-building techniques.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
