Job Description

You will be responsible for driving sales and promotion of Aluminium Formwork products in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and other southern regions. This involves conducting client visits, assessing project sites, and engaging with key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, and purchase departments. Your role will also include identifying potential projects, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business is essential. Additionally, you will be required to provide technical product presentations, marketing pitches, and customized solutions to meet client needs. Extensive travel and stays in different cities for up to 12 months may be necessary to oversee regional business development. Gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic planning will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to coordinate closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, admin, and billing to ensure smooth order execution. Furthermore, preparing and presenting periodic sales reports and projections to management is a key aspect of this role. To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. A willingness to travel extensively to southern and western regions, including long-term stays in cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad, is mandatory. A proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset is crucial, along with strong negotiation and sales closure abilities. Any familiarity with aluminium formwork, construction equipment, or B2B industrial sales would be advantageous. About Max Formwork: Max Formwork is dedicated to introducing advanced construction technologies in India, from robotic welding to Stir Fabrication Welding Techniques. The company is committed to redefining construction practices with global innovations. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the Delhi office as the primary location, with extensive travel to South & West India. The salary offered is up to 6 LPA, negotiable based on experience and interview. The ideal candidate should have a qualification of BTech/BE/Diploma/Graduate and 3 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the construction/infrastructure/formwork industry.,
