Role Overview: As a member of our dynamic and rapidly growing startup dedicated to helping businesses expand their presence and establish strong B2B distribution networks across India, your role will involve identifying, engaging, and onboarding new FMCG, FMCD, and CPG brands to promote our subscription plans. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster ongoing business, leading negotiations on contracts, pricing, and business terms with partners, and providing regular sales performance updates and valuable market insights. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and onboard new FMCG, FMCD, and CPG brands to promote our subscription plans. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster ongoing business. - Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and business terms with partners. - Provide regular sales performance updates and valuable market insights. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (B2B experience is a plus). - Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to network and build lasting relationships. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work autonomously. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
