Sales and Marketing Manager

As a dynamic and rapidly growing startup dedicated to helping businesses expand their presence and establish strong B2B distribution networks across India, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and onboard new FMCG, FMCD, and CPG brands to promote our subscription plans. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster ongoing business. - Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and business terms with partners. - Provide regular sales performance updates and valuable market insights. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (B2B experience is a plus). - Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to network and build lasting relationships. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work autonomously. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
