Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Management Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify new market segments and opportunities for business growth. Manage the sales team: set targets, monitor performance, and provide training. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports. Marketing Strategy Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, partnerships). Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors.. Track ROI and performance metrics of all marketing initiatives. Team Leadership & Coordination Coordinate between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment. Mentor and develop junior staff. Organize training sessions, product/service knowledge refreshers, and motivational activities. Customer & Market Focus Monitor customer feedback and improve the client experience. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and industry best practices. Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [hospitality/Hotel Industry/FMCG/etc.]. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach. Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed. Familiarity with regional market trends and local consumer behaviour.
