Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to lead our Sales and Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales and digital marketing professionals, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and digital marketing professionals- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in sales and digital marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and paid advertising
