We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in Security Services and Facility Management. The role involves aggressive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This position offers high earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing activities for Security Services, Facility Management, Housekeeping, and Manpower Services.
• Achieve monthly business targets of ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000.
• Generate new leads through corporate meetings, cold calling, networking, tenders, and field visits.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, rate cards, and service presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Submit sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to management.

Experience & Skill Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within
• Security Services / Facility Management / Manpower Services
• .
• Strong understanding of security guarding and FM costing & pricing models.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed aggressive monthly targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong client base across corporate, industrial, residential, and commercial sectors.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality is mandatory.Compensation & Incentives

• Target: ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per month
