Primary Objective:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager – Solar Products with a proven track record in B2B/B2C solar product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, developing new channel partners, and generating consistent revenue through product sales across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
1) Drive B2B/B2C sales for PV modules in domestic and international markets (C&I, rooftop, utility).
2) Identify and onboard channel partners, distributors, and EPC customers.
3) Manage large-scale client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
4) Meet or exceed sales targets, monitor pipelines, and forecast revenue.
5) Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts based on market trends.
Marketing Strategy:
1) Plan and execute product marketing campaigns (offline/online) to boost module brand visibility.
2) Coordinate with design and branding teams to create product brochures, datasheets, and digital content.
3) Conduct competitor analysis and positioning study for N-type TOPCon, HJT, and Mono PERC
4) modules.
ALMM/BIS/IEC Coordination:
1) Support sales documentation related to ALMM, BIS, and IEC certifications for channel and institutional sales.
2) Liaise with technical and certification teams to provide up-to-date documents to customers
Customer Engagement & Feedback:
1) Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote modules and collect customer insights.
2) Generate leads through
3) CRM tools, referrals, and solar marketplaces (IndiaMart, SaurEnergy, etc.).
4) Collect and share feedback with the product and engineering team for future improvements
Key Skills Required:
1) Deep understanding of PV modules (TOPCon, HJT, Mono PERC) and their applications.
2) Strong B2B and institutional sales background in the solar industry.
3) Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
4) Familiarity with ALMM/BIS listing process and documentation support.
5) Proficiency in CRM platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6) Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and trade events.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Business
2) MBA in Marketing or Energy Management (preferred)
3) Minimum 5 years of solar PV module sales experience
Preferred Industry Background:
1) PV Module Manufacturers (Indian or Global)
2) EPC Companies (C&I/Rooftop Utility)
3) Renewable Energy Equipment Distributors
4) Solar Product OEMs

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
