Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate should be a result-oriented professional with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to meet targets and enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with product development and operations teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing, social media presence, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales and marketing, preferably in [industry type, e.g., education, FMCG, IT, etc.].
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

Important:

This is a stipend-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
