About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our B2B marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, building strong brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Brand Management: Oversee brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Campaign Management: Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CEOs and founders.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in conducting meetings with CEOs and founders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in a technology or manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
