Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Kochi. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the marketing team, creating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and collaborating with the product development team to align marketing strategies with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through online channels, networking, and partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers globally.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized BIM proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to position the company as a trusted BIM outsourcing partner.
  • Oversee the creation of case studies, brochures, blogs, videos, and other marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Strengthen brand presence across social media, industry forums, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in

    B2B marketing & sales

    , preferably in BIM, construction technology, or outsourcing services.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and international sales.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in global markets.
