About Us:


We’re a nimble digital agency that creates high-impact video edits, graphics and full-funnel social media marketing campaigns for startups and small-to-medium brands. We move fast, value initiative, and give interns real responsibility — not busywork.


Role Overview:


You’ll be the front-line hunter: researching prospects, personalizing outreach on LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook, booking discovery calls, and handing qualified leads to our sales team. This is a remote internship where your earnings and growth depend on the value you create. High performers can be offered a permanent position (₹4–5 LPA).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and build targeted prospect lists (SMBs, startups, trainers, creators).
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn, Instagram DMs and Facebook.
  • Manage follow-ups and nurture sequences until the lead is qualified.
  • Book meetings/demos and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (leads, status, notes).
  • Hit weekly/monthly outreach & meeting targets and report progress.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging and targeting to improve conversion.


What We Expect (Must have):


  • Clear, persuasive written English.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook behaviour.
  • Comfortable writing short, tailored messages and follow-ups.
  • Reliable internet, laptop, and professional social profiles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • 10–20 hours/week minimum (flexible schedule).


Nice to have:


  • Prior experience in B2B outreach or sales/internship.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and video/graphic services.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


KPIs / Targets:


  • 40–80 personalized outreaches per week (quality over spam).
  • 3–8 discovery calls booked per month.
  • 1–3 qualified leads per month (qualified = budget + timeline + need).
  • Response & conversion rates tracked weekly.
