Our mission is to build India’s largest sports learning community for kids, and video content will be at the heart of it. 🔑 What You’ll Do Edit raw video recordings of sports drills and training sessions into engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms . Add basic animations, text overlays, subtitles, and branding to make videos kid-friendly and parent-friendly. Create short-form reels (30–60 secs) and longer YouTube videos (5–10 mins) . Collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas for content style, storytelling, and presentation. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.). Creativity in making educational content fun, clear, and engaging . Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines. As a FSL intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our Chess Classes across various platforms. Responsibilities : Content Creation: Develop engaging and shareable content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create visually appealing graphics, and short reels to promote our Classes. School Management: Monitor and manage our communications with schools, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Schedule and publish posts in alignment with the content calendar to maintain a consistent and active online presence. Community Engagement: Foster positive interactions with our audience by actively participating in conversations, polls, and contests. Identify and connect with influencers, fans, and potential sponsors to expand our online community. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on social media performance, audience insights, and engagement trends. Qualifications : Current enrollment in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Sales, Journalism, Mass Media, Sports Management, Business Administration or related fields. Passion for sports and a good understanding of various social media platforms. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
