Role Description This is a full-time role for the Sales and Marketing Head in the Machine Manufacturing Division, located on-site in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing the sales team, and handling public relations. The role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and expanding market presence. Overseeing customer relationship management and collaborating with other divisions to meet overall company objectives is also part of the role. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and revenue maximization for the machine division. Identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and acquire new businesses to expand the company's presence in the industry. Manage existing customer accounts through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve overall operational efficiency. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic planning decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 20-30 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & Machine tool industry. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
