Job Overview

Seeking a proactive and results-driven candidate to generate leads and drive sales efforts within the packaging and consumer products segments. The ideal individual will combine strong market outreach efforts with engaging follow-up communication and excellent parent/product engagement techniques.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground & Field Marketing

• Execute direct promotional activities such as field visits, tie-ups, and local marketing outreach. Candidates residing near the Western Railway line in Mumbai are preferred to enable quick deployment for field tasks .
  

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify new prospects, engage client interactions, and follow through to generate walk-ins and sales leads.
  
• Maintain ongoing tele-calling efforts to nurture prospects and close deals.
  

3. Client Relationship Management

• Handle inbound inquiries via call, email, or walk-in. Offer prompt support and manage the sales/enrollment process seamlessly.
  

4. Market Tracking & Competitive Insight

• Keep track of competitor actions, market trends, and adjust outreach strategies accordingly .
  

5. Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs of all leads, interactions, and conversions in an organized database.
  
• Deliver performance reports daily, weekly, and monthlyto the marketing head.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA in Marketing (Fresher or min. 2 years experience)
  
• Experience in

  packaging or consumer goods

  industries (e.g., plastic bags, containers, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Target-oriented, proactive, and effective multitasker
  
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  
• Residing on or near the
