Job Description

Skills: Lead Generation, Communication Skills, Technical Proficiency, Presentation Skills, Digital Marketing, Time Management, Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and client communication. Prepare and manage sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Develop and maintain sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of sales data. Marketing Support Work on PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for marketing and sales campaigns. Assist in basic digital marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media posts, and website updates. Coordinate with the design team to create marketing materials. Client Interaction & Travel Effectively communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Willing to travel for domestic client visits as required. (Valid licenses mandatory) Reporting & Documentation Maintain and update Excel reports related to sales activities and market analysis. Prepare Word documents, proposals, and business reports as per company requirements. Ensure timely submission of reports to management with proper tracking of tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver effective presentations. Digital Marketing: Basic understanding of email marketing, social media, and online promotions. Time Management: Ability to work within strict timelines and meet sales/marketing targets. Travel Readiness: Willing to travel for client meetings with necessary licenses. Show more Show less
