We serve industries including CNC, robotics, automation, textiles, moulding, oil & gas, process industries, hospitals, and diagnostics centers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance customer acquisition. The Sales Manager will also participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong understanding of market research, analysis, and strategizing Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of power solutions, electronics, and industrial applications is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Experience in the power or electronics industry is an advantage
