Sales and Marketing executive

(1) Receive all E-mails and pass on the appropriate E-mail print out the respective tables of responsible persons in the morning and through out the day and maintain all filing systems.

(2) Write appropriate answers to all respective E-mail as per the answers received from tables of all respective departments.

(3) Write E-mails or phone calls reminder to the visitors at our stand in Exhibition.

(4) Write E-mails or phone calls reminders to existing customers at an interval of about 60 days for the Existing customers, whose order is not received in past 120 days. ( Domestic and overseas customers)

(5) Send samples, documents, letters to customers as and when required.

(6) In free time surf in net and find out new customers of our products from net and write and introduction letter to them.

(7) Develop and Handle Ecommerce business(Amazon, Flipkart)

(8) Phone calls to Domestic and International proposed new customers about 11:00 am in morning if it required.

(9) Prepare all documents and related produces required during overseas /visit of M.D. (Samples, Poster,/ Catalogs design for Exhibition, Invitations to customers etc.)

(11) Writing and Sending poster, Catalogue by E-mail to visitors at our stand in Exhibition.

(12) Analysis and define customers need potential segments potential customers and competitive. environment to develop plan for new product introduction.

(13) Follow ups of orders and dispatches by all means like production status, dispatch status, shipment status follow ups and documents with respectable concern person and department.
